I graduated from University of Victoria with major in Economics and Minor in Business, as straight Ace student, I would love to integrate my knowledge and challenge the real world problems.

After graduation, I started working at a trust management company which helps their clients in managing their global assets; due to heavy loads of real-estate related investments from our clients and which arose my interests, I started my first ever real estate investment and purchased my first ever owned land.

With success in the real-estate investment, I started getting deeper into the field and I fund interests costs are very special as all of my high net worth clients are holding different interest rates from the same jurisdiction, and that rate variance can differ up to more than 10%.

​

In order to fulfill my curiosity, I started working at the bank; I have worked many different roles including teller, banking advisors....ETC and finally, I got a Mortgage Advisor role at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Since then, I have also worked as Mortgage Specialist at Royal Bank of Canada, and I began to reveal the secrets behind the scene....Yes, a rate can differ a lot, even at the same bank, but with different advisors! The higher the commission, the higher the rate!
